Multiple Shipments

If an order requires multiple packages, shipping fees are charged only once, on the first package.

Delivery Time

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 5 business days.

Once shipped, they are delivered within 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination.
For remote areas, delivery may take up to 12 business days.

The total processing and delivery time never exceeds 14 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and order volume, but always remain within this maximum timeframe.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped using recognized carriers (e.g., Canada Post or another carrier depending on the region).

A tracking number is sent by email once the order is shipped.

All shipments are protected by shipping insurance.

In case of loss or damage, a replacement or a refund will be provided.

Exchanges and Returns

You may exchange items within 30 days or return them within 15 days, free of charge, for online purchases (except exclusions and final sale items).
